This programme works with women to enable them to discover what it takes to step out, speak up and discover what is possible when personal identity and unique purpose is brought to the workplace.

Combining a powerful blend of techniques and exercises that are grounded in the performing arts and executive coaching, the programme enables women to step out of the shadows with ease and confidence to hold their space in high pressure situations, to be heard across a crowded stage and to communicate from a place of deep authenticity.

Programme Outline

This is a bespoke programme, tailored to the leader’s specific aims and objectives. You will work with your lead coach to identify what it is you want to achieve, the outcomes you seek and the impact you wish to have.
