Executive Coaching – Foundation Level Training

Develop your career with our executive coach training and learn what it takes to bring out exceptional performance in senior leaders and executives.

Our executive coach training is delivered by experienced and practising executive coaches, who are professionals in the performing arts and bring their expertise to your training.

Become a resilient, confident and competent executive coach who is able to develop the performance of a diverse range of senior leaders.

This integrated foundation training is offered to senior executives who wish to make a step change in their career towards executive coaching.  You will work with our senior executive coaches here at Guildhall Ignite, many of whom are published authors and all of whom are experienced and practising coaches with clients across the public, private, not-for-profits, arts and higher educational sectors.

Core skills are taught in small group settings to allow maximum opportunity for in-depth practice, discussion, reflection and refinement of your coaching skills. You will be closely supported by two of our senior team while your small peer group fosters professional networking and connection.


Accreditation Options


Participants have the option to

Receive a certificate of attendance from Guildhall Ignite.


Receive the Guildhall Executive Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring, accredited by the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) at Foundation Level.

To gain accreditation participants must submit a completed Learning Log. Your Learning Log will include:

  • A record of 50 hours of mentoring-coaching (including prior experience and post course experience)
  • Client notes on coaching-mentoring sessions
  • Reflective diary on your sessions
  • Reflective notes on the training seminars and coaching practice
  • 30-minute audio recording of a 1:1 mentoring-coaching with one of the people you have worked with (you will receive feedback on this from one of our trainers)
  • Feedback from two of the people you have worked with
