Coaching Supervision

We consider Supervision to be an essential part of the reflective process for a practising coach and/or mentor. Our programme deepens insights, supports and challenges coaches who are committed to their ongoing growth and development.

Offered to all coaches and mentors in training or professional practice, our senior coaches work to enhance the power and impact of your reflection and advance the quality of your practice. Group supervision allows you to draw from the invaluable experiences of your fellow coaches as you meet with peers and professionals from across all sectors.

About the programme

You can work on a one-to-one basis with our experienced Supervisors, to review your practice, receive guidance for your ongoing growth as well as develop and explore avenues for further learning.

You can also choose to join one of our supervision groups to meet coaches and mentors at a similar level of experience to yourself. Enjoy and find benefit in the supportive environment of a group setting to learn and reflect on differing practical experiences of your fellow coaches across professions and industries.

Essential for all practising coaches, this work assists your wellbeing as a coach, maintains your standards of ethical practices and upholds the positive reputation of the coaching profession.
